TERRA HAYAMA — the two of BEAT ICE, who host the guesthouse

About BEAT ICE

At BEAT ICE, we hope to create a circle of smiles through what we call "Nougaku" — the joy of farming, inspired by the joy of music.

It has grown from the days we have quietly woven together, side by side, in Hayama's TANADA (terraced rice fields).

Something at once nostalgic and new — a flavour that lingers gently in the heart, like music.

Ice Cream for Local School Lunches

Our ice cream is served as part of school lunches in the local community. We also occasionally visit classrooms to talk with students about Hayama's TANADA.
