- A full range of cookware is provided. Basic seasonings, including salt, pepper and cooking oil, are also available. Any additional ingredients can be purchased at convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance.

- Laundry
- A front-loading washing machine and laundry detergent are provided, so you can do your laundry just as you would at home. An indoor clothes rack is also available for garments that are prone to creasing.

The guest rooms on the second floor are accessed via an external staircase rather than through the main entrance. Please note that there is no lift.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors, but no ashtrays are provided. Please bring a portable ashtray and take all cigarette ends with you. An additional cleaning charge will apply if evidence of indoor smoking is found.

Out of consideration for our neighbours, please refrain from loud conversations or playing music outdoors at night.

As Hayama is rich in nature, insects may occasionally enter through small gaps. Please bear this in mind if you are uncomfortable around insects.

Additional cleaning, repair or replacement charges may apply if any fixtures or furnishings are damaged, or if bedding is significantly soiled.

Sleepwear is not provided, so please bring your own.

Please use no more than one set of towels and bedding per guest.
